Convenience Store Clerk Lead

As an employee of Coborn's, Inc., the Convenience Store Clerk Lead assists the Assistant Store Manager and the Store Director In the operation of a retail convenience store. Duties include running a cash register, loading/unloading trucks, transporting merchandise to storage areas and sales floor, stocking shelves and coolers, completing necessary reports, dating/timing products, and loss control. Will be responsible for opening/closing the store in the absence of management and ensure that proper procedures are followed at all times.
Qualifications
The Convenience Store Clerk Lead position requires a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), or three to six months of experience, or a combination of education and experience. This position requires the need to provide exceptional customer service by treating all customers and co-workers with dignity and respect. Must be self-motivated, energetic and customer service oriented.
