Travel Resorts of America is looking for an energetic, responsible, and self driven individual to Manage a location in Onamia MN.
We will provide a comprehensive, and hands on, training program of campground management and operations.
Travel Resorts has locations in South Dakota, Minnesota, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Ohio, New York, Florida and Georgia.
This full time position allows travel to several of our campgrounds for training, in addition to outside programs and management courses that may be provided.
Responsible for the daily planning, management, team building and leadership role on the resort, to include registration/reservation, retail, other income items, all other outlets, centers, physical plant and related financial reporting and other various duties assigned by the Director.
Experience in the Hospitality Industry preferred but not required.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Long periods of standing, bending, kneeling and walking.

DUTIES included and not limited to:
Manage and maintain resort staff using proper personnel procedures for recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, scheduling, and management of all employees to comply with business needs.
Develop an ongoing training program that will insure the staff is engaged as Team Members.
Oversee the delivery of excellent member/guest service, by engaging and demonstrating a positive and friendly interaction with members, guests, and team members.
Promote Travel Resorts of America by supporting all company policies and procedures at all times.
Manage and maintain the resort standards and service levels and the cleanliness of the resort's physical plant to meet the needs of the members and guests.
Ensure the integrity of the operation by maintaining tight control of cash generated by the resort, including audits of all cash sources on a regular basis and monitoring procedures to assure strict cash control.
Monitor the compliance of all resort policies, programs and procedures including safety requirements.
Responsible for monitoring, tracking and responding to budgetary requirements and expenditures on a daily basis to assure the resort operations budget stays within the established parameters.
This includes accurate and timely reports, receipts, invoices, payroll and open communications with the corporate accounting department.
Oversee and track Capital improvements projects to assure all projects are completed on time and within the approved budget.
Regular and ongoing personal improvement via local, state and national industry conferences, conventions, associated training and development programs as they pertain to the operation and management of the Resort.
Attendance at Manager conferences in other states, and additional training with Campground Management school.
Consistent and regular communication with Team Members and Resort Members via monthly Team Member Meetings.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
