What a Machine Operator will do:
n
- n
- Operate various production equipment to include case packers, case sealers, case erectors and palletizers to ensure operational efficiency, accuracy of pallet patterns and machine functionality
- n
- Monitor full cases to ensure accurate content and placement of government panels and 6 x 6 coding stickers
- n
- Track and record serial numbers and input data in finished goods database
- n
- Utilize troubleshooting techniques to problem solve when technical difficulty and machine problems arise
- n
- Collaborate with support teams to improve processes and procedures and troubleshoot quality and equipment issues
- n
- Remove full bottles from conveyor and places them into empty cases to package cases for sealing
- n
- Screen full cases at predetermined time intervals to check for defects and completes corresponding quality check paperwork using GDP's (Good Documentation Practices) to ensure quality standards are met
- n
- Repackage, recode, and perform other custom casework as needed based upon orders received from the Line Lead
- n

What you need to be a Machine Operator:
n
- n
- Ability to read and write English
- n
- Ability to perform basic math
- n
- Basic data entry and computer skills
- n
- Ability to understand and follow GMP's (Good Manufacturing Practices) and SOP's (StandardOperating Procedures) relating to machine operation and job requirements
- n
- Knowledge of machinery and related equipment
- n
- Ability to stand for up to 10
hours per day with intermittent breaks with or without reasonable accommodations - n
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
- n
